Site Technology Manager

Novocure’s Enterprise Technology (ET) team is looking for an experienced Site Technology Manager to lead and manage all local technology operations at our Haifa site.

This is a hands-on, on-site position for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, project management, and team leadership in a dynamic, global environment.

As the Site Technology Manager, you’ll:

• Lead day-to-day technology operations and support for our Israel offices
• Partner with local business units, facilities, and global ET teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery
• Mentor local team members and act as the go-to person for all IT-related matters
• Oversee local infrastructure, hardware inventory, vendor management, and site technology initiatives
• Ensure outstanding service quality, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems, or project management
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working with managed service providers
• Familiarity with ITGCs and international standards (ISO, GDPR, SOX, etc.)
