🌐 Account Manager | Global SaaS Platform for Medical Professionals

A fast-growing digital platform that connects medical professionals worldwide — a “Facebook for doctors” — is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join its small, dynamic team in Jerusalem

In this role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for international clients while collaborating daily with internal teams — including content, management, and sales — to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service.

What you’ll do:

• Manage ongoing relationships with clients from abroad
• Coordinate between departments (content, management, sales, and development teams abroad)
• Handle administrative and operational tasks end-to-end
• Support marketing and content campaigns, including work with Google Ads
• Prepare quotes, follow up on projects, and maintain client satisfaction
• Monitor inboxes on Fridays (light check-ins for urgent matters)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in account management, client service, or administrative operations
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Native-level English – a must
• Experience with Google Ads – an advantage
• A proactive, responsible team player who’s eager to learn and take ownership

Position details:

• Full-time, on-site (no hybrid) | Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00
• Occasionally monitor emails on Fridays for urgent issues
• Salary range: 10,000–15,000 ₪
• The company currently employs 8–10 people; the development team is based abroad.
• Two open positions are available on the Account Management team.
