Check Point is seeking a data-driven and strategic HR Business Analyst to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will act as a key analytical partner, providing insights that influence workforce strategies, organizational effectiveness, and key HR initiatives.
You will work in close collaboration with our Business Analysis department to align people data with business performance, ensuring that HR decisions are grounded in accurate, actionable insights.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and business modeling skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate complex information into clear strategic recommendations.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Business Analysis, and leadership teams to analyze workforce data and provide insights that shape business and talent strategies.
- Design, build, and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports to support headcount planning, productivity tracking, and organizational design.
- Conduct advanced analyses to forecast talent needs, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Analysis department to ensure consistency and alignment between HR analytics and company-wide data frameworks.
- Support annual and ongoing HR processes such as workforce planning, performance cycles, and compensation reviews with data-driven insights.
- Benchmark key HR metrics against industry and internal performance standards to identify improvement opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders through clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Drive process optimization and automation within HR data and analytics practices.
Your Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university in Economics, Business Administration or related quantitative field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Analytics, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical or strategic function.
- Proven ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and influence decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience working with HRIS and workforce data systems.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
