Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage assessment processes, including ongoing communication with clients and candidates.
Work closely with psychologists, HR executives, and additional stakeholders.
Oversee backoffice operations and ensure smooth client process management.
Manage workflows and data through the company’s CRM system.

Requirements:

Initiative, independence, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree - required (advantage for Behavioral Sciences / Psychology graduates).
Experience in assessment, consulting, or HR environments - advantage.
Experience working with CRM systems - advantage.
Strong tech orientation and ability to work with digital tools - must.
