Demand Planner – Hybrid Role (Airport City & Akko)

We’re looking for a Demand Planner to help shape our operational excellence and drive smart, data-based decisions.

Location:

Hybrid work model from our offices in Airport City and Akko.

Please note presence at both sites will be required as part of the role.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in leading the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) forecasting process
• Collaborate with multiple interfaces: marketing, sales, manufacturing, and development
• Take part in forecast meetings, capacity planning, and development coordination
• Ensure operational and business targets: forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory policies
• Create and manage performance dashboards and analytical reports
• Lead initiatives to improve production capabilities, service levels, and operational excellence

• What You Bring:
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Demand Planner.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP – a plus
• High-level English – required (daily work with global interfaces)
