Role Overview:

We are seeking a U.S. Bookkeeper to manage all financial and accounting activities related to our U.S. operations. The role includes responsibility for bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance with U.S. tax regulations. This position requires accuracy, strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws, and the ability to provide reliable financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all U.S. financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Handle reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and vendors related to U.S. operations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations, including IRS requirements.
• Manage U.S. corporate tax filings and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies in the U.S.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for U.S. activities.

Qualifications:

• Certified Bookkeeper – mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in U.S. bookkeeping/accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar – advantage).
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Provide accurate and timely financial data to the CFO.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Strong Advantage

• CPA license (U.S.) or equivalent accounting certification.
• Experience in multinational or cross-border financial environments.
• Additional training in U.S. taxation or financial management.
