Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple high-budget projects within the air defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering and software background, proven project management experience, and the ability to handle complex, multi-project environments. This role involves managing projects at various stages of their life cycles, ensuring all aspects of the projects—business, administrative, financial, and technical—are successfully delivered.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-budget security projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Oversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Maintain excellent human relations and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity.
• Foster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment.
• Strong background in software.
• Experience working in stressful environments with multiple competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
• High level of service orientation and commitment to delivering results.
• Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on productivity and efficiency.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role with no hybrid work options.
• Frequent travel within Israel to meet with customers and suppliers.
