Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) is a global leader in biomedical imaging, offering a comprehensive product portfolio for Karyotyping, H&E, IHC, and FISH analysis. We provide Pathology, Cytogenetics, and Research laboratories with advanced imaging and analysis tools.

Job Description

• Join a strong team of Applications experts.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, applying Agile methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Become a clinical expert on the company’s products.
• Acquire proficiency in all aspects of our products — hardware, systems, and software.
• Engage with customers to understand their clinical needs.
• Translate high-level product requirements into detailed workflows.
• Participate in writing and reviewing product and project documentation.
• Contribute to product evaluations and analysis of customer feedback.
• Plan and execute studies for proof of concept (PoC).
• Plan and execute product validation; support verification planning and execution.
• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Guide the look and feel (GUI) of product applications.

Desired Skills & Experience

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical device company (Applications, V&V, R&D, or Customer Support).
• High level of hands-on technical capability — advantage.
• Background in multidisciplinary systems.
• Strong drive and ability to learn new technologies and subject areas.
• Experience with microscopy and biological sample handling in cytogenetics or pathology — advantage.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira — advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) — advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and spoken communication — must.
• Strong initiative and leadership in driving tasks and projects independently.
• Focused on creating value through customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Structured and organized work style.
