The role (short version)

Be the operational “right hand” to the Factory Manager: build and run the daily/weekly production plan, drive floor performance, and keep deliveries on time. You’ll own schedule accuracy, influence KPIs in real time, and coordinate tightly with Welding, Mechanical & Electronic Assembly, Logistics, CS, CNC, QA, and IT.

What you’ll do

·        Build, publish, and adjust the production plan; issue & prioritize work orders.

·        Track throughput vs. plan, surface bottlenecks, and lead corrective actions.

·        Monitor KPIs (OTD, yield/quality, cycle time) and act to close gaps the same day.

·        Keep ERP data accurate (Priority experience is a strong plus); maintain simple dashboards.

·        Run quick 1:1 performance talk, explain gaps to operators, and collect floor feedback with HR.

·        Monitor attendance/coverage; open staffing requests and recommend swaps/backup when needed.

·        Back up the Factory Manager during time off (morning meetings, safety/ISO/documentation checks).

What you bring

·        3+ years in Production Planning/Control within manufacturing (shop-floor exposure required).

·        Proficiency with ERP; Priority highly desirable. Strong Excel/dashboard skills.

·        Clear communicator who can align multiple teams and keep everyone moving.

·        Hebrew fluency; technical English is an advantage.

·        Nice to have: familiarity with welding, mechanical & electronic assembly environments.

·        Tight plan-vs-actual and clean, timely ERP updates.

·        Better floor engagement and faster recovery when issues arise.
