📍 Location: This is a full-time position in our Tel-Aviv office.

Day-to-Day at DYG 📝 :

• Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps across various DSPs (e.g., Roku, Moloco, Unity etc.).
• Manage campaign setup, including targeting, creative assets, and tracking implementation.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns performance to ensure delivery against KPIs such as FTD Cost and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different traffic sources, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting approaches.
• Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to develop and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budgets in real-time based on campaign performance and market conditions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic buying and mobile user acquisition.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and clients, offering insights into campaign performance and recommendations for scaling.

What We’re Looking For ✨:

• At least 2 years of practical experience managing DSPs (or similar platforms) campaigns - A must.
• Strong analytical abilities, capable of data interpretations and analysis - A must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in team leadership or management - an advantage.
