Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineer.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and infrastructure for RAGs.

Your work will include developing tools that bring generative AI capabilities into real-world business applications.

You will architect and build LLM-driven pipelines and multi-agent systems for use cases such as recommendation, moderation, analytics, and automation.

The role involves building and optimizing RAG frameworks, managing vector databases, and designing prompt orchestration layers.

You’ll also be encouraged to explore and experiment with frameworks and techniques including LangGraph, LangChain, Agno, Bedrock Agents, Agent Engine, and AgentCore to stay at the forefront of the evolving AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning, with a strong focus on LLMs or NLP
• Experience working with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Agno, Strands or ADK
• Creative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and passion for building intelligent, user-facing systems
• Proficient in Python and familiar with model APIs (e.g., Bedrock, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face)
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
• Experience working with vector databases and embedding models - strong advantage
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems - strong advantage
• Familiarity with AI observability tools (LangFuse, LangSmith, AgentCore, Agent Engine) - strong advantage
