Product Manager – Automotive (Trucks & Buses)

A leading and well-established automotive company is looking for a Junior–Mid Product Manager to join its trucks and buses division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their product management career – for example, an Assistant Product Manager or Product Coordinator – who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of meaningful projects.

The position combines hands-on product management, communication with international manufacturers, and collaboration with internal teams to adapt vehicle models and specifications to the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product-related processes from concept to implementation – defining specifications, coordinating with international manufacturers, and ensuring alignment with local needs.
• Support and oversee import and ordering processes – from placing orders to tracking production and deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product rollout and cross-functional coordination.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in international meetings and exhibitions (2–3 trips per year).

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager in the automotive industry – mandatory.
• Technical background and understanding – strong advantage.
• Experience working with international companies – advantage.
• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• Strong English skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn.

Additional Information:

• Full-time, onsite position in Rishon LeZion.
• Reports directly to the CEO.
• Non-hybrid position.
