Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Business/Systems Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing complex systems and designing cross-platform, multi-technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze systems across diverse platforms with multiple interfaces
• Create and maintain technical and functional specifications (HLD) with a holistic system view
• Design and plan solutions for cross-system, multi-technology processes
• Support development and testing processes
• Provide ongoing support for incidents and requests, including log analysis
• Understand business processes in depth
• Define application and business architecture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field – required
• 3–5 years of proven experience in analyzing technological processes with focus on service-oriented platforms (WS, REST, SOAP) – required
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, including writing complex queries
• Strong SQL skills – required
• Experience gathering client requirements, defining solutions, and specifying necessary system changes – required
• Familiarity with development methodologies and software lifecycle – required
• Agile methodology experience – advantage
• Software development experience – required
• Experience in large organizations – advantage
• Knowledge or experience with AI capabilities – advantage
