Salesforce Team Lead

We are seeking a Salesforce Team Lead to drive the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across yad2. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem supports business growth, operational excellence, and customer success.

The ideal candidate is a system thinker with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (Dealhub preferred), and legacy migration, who thrives in a dynamic environment and can lead both people and projects to successful outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Team Leadership, Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing Salesforce team.
• Project Ownership, Manage full project lifecycles using Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Business Collaboration, Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Service, and other departments to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.
• System Architecture & Integrations, Design robust Salesforce architecture with integrations (REST API, Bulk etc) and using middleware platforms.
• Sales & Service Cloud Enablement, Optimize business processes for sales and customer service functions using Salesforce best practices.
• CPQ Implementation, Lead the rollout and ongoing optimization of CPQ solutions (Dealhub preferred).
• Legacy System Migration, Drive the transition from legacy platforms to modern Salesforce solutions with minimal disruption.
• Quality & Governance, Enforce best practices, code reviews, and system governance to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 2+ years of experience in leading Salesforce teams
• Proven experience managing Agile projects with Jira or similar tools.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, integrations, and middleware (Make.com preferred).
• Experience with CPQ platforms (Dealhub strongly preferred).
• Background in digital transformation.
• Salesforce certifications - highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
