Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity Startup (Israel)

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for cybersecurity and a track record of driving go-to-market success in fast-paced environments? Our client, a rapidly scaling MDR & SOC startup, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for their innovative security solutions. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly shape adoption, growth, and market impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute product marketing strategies for MDR and SOC offerings, from launch to adoption.
• Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful product launches, campaigns, and GTM initiatives.
• Develop sales enablement content, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, and competitive battle cards.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy and product messaging.
• Measure and optimize the impact of marketing initiatives, using data to refine GTM approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven product marketing experience with a strong GTM focus in cybersecurity or network security, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
• Hands-on experience launching products, driving positioning, and enabling sales teams to succeed.
• Deep understanding of MDR, SOC, or related cybersecurity solutions.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving startup environment.
