Senior Systems Analyst & Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with strong project management experience to join our IT Division.

Responsibilities

• Lead core system projects from initiation to delivery, including requirements gathering, system analysis, and project planning
• Write detailed requirement documents, specifications, and process diagrams
• Design data models (ERD) and complex system processes
• Manage project lifecycle: initiation, monitoring, development, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with internal business units, external partners, and development teams
• Support system acceptance testing and oversee smooth deployment and adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field - Must
• At least 5 years of proven experience in systems analysis and project management - Must
• Experience leading large-scale projects and working with core business systems - Must
• Strong background in writing requirement documents, specifications, and process flows - Must
• Hands-on experience with process design and complex system integrations - Must
• Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours
• Familiarity with Oracle or other relational databases
• SQL query writing skills
