KELA is a global cyber intelligence company with operations in Israel (HQ) Japan and the US, We

provide advanced intelligence solutions to enterprises and governments worldwide.

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance

across all our entities. This role reports directly to the CFO and is central to building a strong financial

foundation that supports the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day finance operations in Israel, Japan, and the U.S.

Ensure accurate and timely accounting, reporting, and payroll across entities.

Manage tax compliance and regulatory filings in multiple jurisdictions.

Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and internal controls to ensure financial stability.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.

Implement and maintain finance processes and systems to support scalability.

Support the CFO in board reporting and company-wide financial oversight.

Requirements

CPA or equivalent qualification – mandatory.

Minimum 4 years of experience in finance/accounting, including in a multinational company.

Solid knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and local tax/accounting regulations (Israel, Japan, U.S.).

Hands-on experience with payroll, tax, and compliance processes.

Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Priority, SAP, etc.).

Excellent English – verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
