Full Stack Engineer

Roseberry is a fast-growing media-tech startup redefining short-form entertainment for the mobile era. We fuse cinematic storytelling with interactive, vertical-first technology, combining proven hit-production expertise with advanced streaming, monetization, and end-to-end platform innovation to create the next generation of mobile content experiences.

We're building the platform, the tools, and the tech powering tomorrow's vertical series and we're looking for a hands-on Full stack Engineer to join us

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain features across web, mobile, and backend environments.
• Build and maintain React Native mobile applications with seamless UX.
• Implement backend services and APIs using state of the industry technologies and methods.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and content teams to deliver fast iterations of new features and capabilities.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and influence technical direction.
• Contribute to deployment processes, including app store publishing and backend releases.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing and operating systems at scale (high throughput, high availability,

monitoring).

• Experience with MongoDB (schema design, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, Amplify, S3, etc.).
• Ability to own features end-to-end and thrive in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team mindset.
• Knowledge of contemporary software development practices such as CI/CD, agile methodologies,

and test automation.

Advantages:

• Experience with video streaming platforms or mobile content ecosystems.
• Familiarity with monetization systems, ad-tech, or in-app payments.
• Knowledge of mobile app publishing (App Store, Google Play).
• Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, similar platforms) and A/B testing.
• Background in high-growth startups or entertainment products.

across the stack, and help shape Roseberry’s foundation.
