Bookkeeper - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team as a maternity leave replacement.

This role requires hands-on experience with reconciliations, vendor management, and financial systems within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Handle credit card reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Manage vendor accounts, including invoice processing and payment execution.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  
  

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
• Strong background in bank reconciliations, credit cards, and vendor management.
• Previous experience in a SaaS company – a must.
• Hands-on experience working with Priority ERP – a must.
• Experience with Mesh credit card system – a strong advantage.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
