Senior Backend Engineer

What You’ll Do

• :Write clean, efficient, and testable code for highly scalable cloud applications
• .Ensure high code quality through unit, integration, and system testing, as well as robust monitoring and observability
• .Take ownership of technical domains, driving design, architecture, and feature development from concept to production
• .Collaborate closely with product, design, and fullstack teams to deliver impactful and business-critical solutions
• .Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize development workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate delivery timelines
• .Stay current with industry trends, cloud technologies, and best practices in modern software engineering
• .Mentor and guide fellow developers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, quality, and continuous learning
• .Contribute to strategic technical decisions, proactively identify challenges, and ensure high reliability and scalability of systems

Requiremen

• ts5+ years of backend development experience, ideally with C# (Java or other OOP languages also considered
• ).Proven experience designing and building large-scale, high-traffic system
• s.Strong understanding of web applications, microservices architecture, OOP principles, and software design pattern
• s.Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, message brokers, and data/stream processing platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka
• ).Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes) on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure
• ).Track record of owning features end-to-end — from requirements through to high-quality production deliver
