So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Data Scientist

You will:

• Solve complex and strategic data challenges that directly affect online cyber-security and privacy for millions of people.
• Own the process end-to-end from research, feature engineering, and model development to deployment, outcome analysis, and refinement.
• Develop, evaluate and maintain ML & AI solutions directly integrated into Guardio’s production environment.
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced business and work environment within a small and growing organization.
• Monitor emerging trends in data science and machine learning, and proactively
• explore cutting-edge methods to advance our analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team of A-player researchers, data analysts, and engineers to solve and advise regarding complex data problems.
  
  

• Proven track record (3+ years) managing the entire ML/AI pipeline, including development, productionization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and their intersection with cyber threat landscapes.
• Strong analytical mindset for transforming complex challenges into measurable, real-world solutions.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and research findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Experienced in using Python for ML pipelines and SQL for large-scale data querying.
  
  

• Prior experience in startup environments.
• Prior experience with machine learning platforms, like Vertex AI.
