Procurement Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the company procurement, ensure cost-effective purchasing across all departments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement processes with business goals, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and specifications.
  
  

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Procurement lead or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management, sourcing, and procurement processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Experience with HW and services procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
