Marketing Product Operations - Entain

Entain is one of the world's largest sports betting and gaming groups operating in the online sector. We are establishing a new Performance Marketing Growth Group in Tel Aviv to serve Entain’s Performance Marketing business units.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Marketing Operations to support the Product Owner. This role will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of operational processes behind Entain’s global offers strategy. The Operations Manager will act as the backbone of delivery, coordinating between teams, safeguarding compliance and accuracy, and ensuring that all new customer promotional offers run smoothly from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Offers Execution & Support: Manage the day-to-day operational delivery of organic and enhanced offers, ensuring accurate set-up, timely execution, and smooth go-live processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central liaison between the Product Owner, performance marketing, compliance, legal, and proposition teams, ensuring flawless communication and alignment.
• Process Management: Develop and maintain structured workflows and checklists for offer approvals, testing, documentation, and tracking. Ensure all processes are followed and continuously improved.
• Testing & QA: Leverage SQL to support the validation and quality assurance of offers by coordinating test plans, overseeing execution, and identifying any data or attribution discrepancies.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory and compliance standards across the UK market. Proactively monitor changes and escalate potential risks.
• Data & Reporting: Assist in monitoring funnel performance and offer impact, preparing reports and dashboards for the Product Owner and leadership teams using Power-BI.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of troubleshooting for operational or system issues during offer execution, escalating to relevant teams when needed.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date records of all offers and processes. Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility and easy access to relevant information.
  
  

• Experience with building dashboard in Power BI and Snowflake.
• 2+ years of proven experience in operations ideally within the gaming/betting industries.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in highly regulated industries (betting/gaming experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build strong working relationships across departments.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
