Digital Product Manager

Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager & Systems Analyst to join a large enterprise organization in Tel Aviv and lead the city’s municipal website and digital platforms.

Role Overview

This role combines product management and systems analysis, with responsibility for leading end-to-end digital solutions from concept to full implementation. You will analyze business needs, define technical specifications, manage product versions, oversee testing and deployment, and ensure alignment across multiple teams. The position emphasizes SharePoint-based solutions and cross-system integrations, requiring a strong mix of business understanding and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital products and solutions from ideation through implementation.
• Conduct system analysis for internal and external platforms, with a focus on SharePoint-based solutions.
• Manage digital products: feature planning, version releases, and development processes.
• Define and manage system interfaces (APIs), workflows, and complex business processes.
• Write high-quality technical specification documents for development teams.
• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, information security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks in parallel while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in systems analysis and digital product management – mandatory.
• Strong experience in defining complex processes and cross-system integrations – mandatory.
• High-level technical writing skills for specification documents – mandatory.
• Broad business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions – mandatory.
• Proven experience with SharePoint (versions 2016 & 365) – strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience implementing advanced SharePoint-based solutions, including search-driven platforms – strong advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) – strong advantage.
• Knowledge in defining accessibility requirements for websites (including accessibility for people with disabilities) – strong advantage.
• Experience working in Agile environments – advantage.
