What You’ll Do

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sales strategy, Growth effectiveness, and operational decisions by transforming data into insights and actions.

Core Responsibilities

• Define, track, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to improve product performance and user experience.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems.
• Designed and built interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for diverse teams using Tableau.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives: from data collection and modeling to insight delivery and follow-through.
• Conduct user funnel analysis, monetization deep-dives, cohort tracking, and retention modeling.
• Run and evaluate A/B tests to support data-driven product and marketing decisions.
• Define event tracking plans for user interactions (Mixpanel).
• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure scalable and clean data models in Snowflake or similar DWHs.
• Uphold data integrity through validation, anomaly detection, and quality control measures.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in a B2C environment.
• Hands-on experience in fintech or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in SQL and experience querying large-scale datasets.
• Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing, retention modeling, and user funnel analysis.
• Experience working with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouses.
• Proficiency in defining and interpreting behavioral analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—verbal, written, and visual.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred & Bonus Skills

• 5+ years of total experience in analytics roles.
• Experience using Python for data prep, analysis, or statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, HubSpot, or marketing automation platforms.
• Tableau Creator certification.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company in the Fintech space.
