Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an AI Solutions Developer & Implementer with strong hands-on coding and data analysis skills, capable of integrating AI-driven solutions into our company’s workflows worldwide.

The role includes:

• Development & Integration – Hands-on programming in Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell. Implementation of AI/ML-based solutions using libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and other Python-based data frameworks.
• Data Analysis – Cleaning, processing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data from various sources, including Big Data environments.
• Automation & MLOps – Advantage: Supporting deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and optimizing workflows (Docker, Kubernetes).
• LLM (Large Language Models) – Advantage: Working with or integrating LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude) to enhance enterprise capabilities.
• Collaboration – Working closely with BI, IT, Cybersecurity, and business teams to identify and execute AI-based opportunities.
• Support & Knowledge Sharing – Preparing documentation, delivering training, and supporting both local and global teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience in Python development – mandatory.
• Strong SQL skills – mandatory.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn – mandatory.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts – advantage.
• Experience with MLOps tools and workflows – advantage.
• Experience working with or integrating LLM solutions – advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner, highly independent.
• Excellent proficiency in English (spoken & written) – mandatory.
• Service-oriented, collaborative, and with a “big-picture” mindset.
• Willingness to travel abroad as part of the role.

This is an onsite position located at the company's headquarters in Migdal Tefen.
