Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the planning and execution processes of urban renewal projects
- Work with planning teams, clients, and local authorities
- Prepare work plans and project schedules
- Supervise project execution in accordance with standards and requirements
- Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met
Requirements:
- Architecture degree or Architecture Practical Engineer certification – required
- 3–5 years of experience in managing urban renewal projects – required
- Proficiency in planning and drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit
