• 3+ years’ experience in Employee Experience/Engagement, driving impactful programs in fast-paced Hi Tech company
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A passion for creating environments where people feel valued, engaged, and inspired.
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to create engaging visual materials for events, communications, and internal initiatives
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Proven experience building and executing annual budget plans
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field - an advantage.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Lead creative and engaging initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - that strengthen connection, collaboration, and well-being.
• Plan and execute company-wide events, including holiday celebrations, milestone moments, team-building activities, happy hours, and more.
• Own the end-to-end design and execution of our global employee experience strategy for our Israel site and global teams, ensuring alignment with Apiiro’s core values and HR objectives.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
• Manage budgets and vendors with full ownership of planning and execution. Build strong supplier relationships, prioritize effectively, and ensure long-term planning and operational excellence.
• Drive creativity and innovation by staying current with trends and developing original, engaging ways to enhance well-being, engagement, and team cohesion.
