A leading company is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Development to lead two digital teams and shape the company’s technological roadmap across mobile, web, and AI domains.

🌐 What you’ll do:

• Oversee the company’s mobile applications and selected web platforms
• Lead and mentor two professional development teams
• Manage a team of Webmasters ensuring delivery excellence and innovation
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies within the company’s digital ecosystem

💡 What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of proven experience with React Native (strategic understanding, not hands-on)
• 3+ years of experience in mobile app ecosystems
• 1+ year of experience managing multiple teams
• Strong grasp of mobile and web architecture, including integration with APIs and databases
• Familiarity with AI technologies (from intelligent agents to development tools)
• Experience in the financial industry – a strong advantage
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change
