Description (What You’ll Do)

• Act as the customer-facing technical lead:
• Understand customer needs and translate them into clear project scopes.
• Define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Communicate scope and context to the research/delivery team.
• Lead POCs and ideation sessions with customers to explore, validate, and frame new approaches.
• Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for clients throughout delivery.
• Ensure alignment between customers and researchers, setting realistic expectations and clarifying technical complexity.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and lessons learned from POCs and customer engagements.
• Provide feedback from the field to guide new research directions and service offerings.
  
  

• +4 years working in cybersecurity (research, consulting, or technical pre/post-sales).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface directly with enterprise customers.
• Experience translating business/customer needs into clear technical scopes.
• Solid technical foundation in software security, operating systems, or reverse engineering (enough to scope, explain, and discuss, even if not executing research hands-on).
• Familiarity with AI technology for solving cybersecurity challenges.
• Managing and executing a vulnerability research is an advantage.
• Hands-on development in Python and/or C is an advantage.
• Familiarity with vulnerability classes, exploitation concepts, and research tools (IDA/ghidra, Frida, QEMU, Wireshark, etc.).
• Bonus: experience running customer POCs or technical pre-sales.
• High-level written and spoken English.
• A quick learner, ready to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• A team player with customer-facing confidence.
