🚀 Flight Test Pilot (UAS) — Tethered Drone System
📍 Location: Petah Tikva | 🕐 Full-time
About the role
Lead end-to-end flight testing for an advanced tethered drone system — from planning to field execution — in close collaboration with hardware, software, and controls teams.
✈️ What you’ll do
• Plan and run lab & field flight tests
• Operate and calibrate flight control systems (incl. Pixhawk)
• Document results & ensure compliance with strict safety protocols
• Work cross-functionally with R&D teams
🎯 Must-haves
• Valid drone pilot license
• Hands-on experience with Pixhawk/ArduPilot integration & operation
• Field experience with high safety standards
• Technical Hebrew & English
🌟 Nice to have
• Assembly/soldering & fine wiring experience
• C1 license
• Familiarity with tether/winch or EO/IR systems
