Performance Manager

Fattal Hotels is looking for a strategic and experienced Performance Marketing Team Leader to join our digital department. This is a non-hands-on role, but requires strong hands-on background in managing large-scale campaigns on Google and Social platforms, as well as team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a performance marketing team (campaign managers, automation, social, design, copy)
• Oversee large scale budgets and drive ROI/ROAS
• Develop and optimize digital strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok and more
• Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Analyse performance, generate insights and lead continuous optimization
• Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative marketing technologies

Requirements:

• 4+ years hands-on experience in Google & Social campaign management
• 2+ years experience managing performance teams
• Proven experience in B2C marketing
• Background in a company with a large-scale eCommerce website – must
• Vert large-scale paid media management
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, BigQuery)
• High-level English – required
