Business Intelligence System Analyst

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an experienced BI Systems Analyst to join a leading healthcare organization in Central Israel, as part of the Data & AI Division.

Role Overview

As a member of the BI Systems Analysis team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and managing data solutions, and ensuring the operational collection of organizational data. You will work closely with both business stakeholders and development teams, leading BI and Data projects while maintaining existing systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and derive actionable insights from data.
• Write specification documents, from S2T through business/architectural/technical process documents, including visualization requirements.
• Lead BI/Data projects and serve as a system owner for existing BI models and platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Design and specify dashboards and visualization solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems from a recognized institution – mandatory.
• Relevant education/training in BI, with emphasis on Data Warehousing (DWH) – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis (DWH/BI), including writing functional and technical specification documents – mandatory.
• Proven experience writing complex SQL queries (SQL Server) – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience working in Data Warehouse (DWH) environments – mandatory.
• Experience designing BI dashboards (Power BI / Qlik Sense) – mandatory.
