This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will address customer concerns and issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and work closely with the technical team to resolve customer issues. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
