🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Developer (Pipelines, Orchestration & Data)

TNG Shopper is building the Local Discovery Layer for multi-location retail — autonomous AI workers powering pipelines, dashboards, and local SEO at scale. We’re growing fast with enterprise clients across 5 continents and need a hands-on Senior Developer to lead the next phase.

What you’ll do:

• Architect and develop data pipelines & orchestration systems for AI agents

• Build scalable dashboards & analytics layers (BigQuery, Looker, etc.)

• Drive best practices in orchestration, automation, and monitoring

• Collaborate across product, data, and infra to ship production-ready systems

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Python/Node.js, orchestration frameworks (Airflow/Prefect/K8s)

• Proven track record scaling data pipelines & distributed systems

• Comfort working with dashboards, APIs, and multi-agent architectures

• Startup DNA: ownership, speed, and ability to build in ambiguity
