Attractive – a creative B2B agency based in Tel Aviv – is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

We specialize in helping tech companies thrive with top-tier branding, marketing, and creative solutions – from brand identity to marketing video production and website development.

Role Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end creative marketing projects ,from initial brief to digital launch.
• Build strong customer relationships and work directly with tech marketing teams.
• Coordinate and deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Manage a multidisciplinary creative & programming team.
• Monitor progress, ensure quality, and provide final approvals.

Project manager qualifications:

• A people person with proven project management skills.
• Creativity and understanding of the marketing process.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong organizational, multitasking & client-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in tech or creative agencies – a strong plus.
• Ability to evaluate creative work against business goals.
• High proficiency in WordPress & Monday .
• High proficiency in AI tools that streamline workflows.

Role Details

Hybrid position ,Based in Tel Aviv District with flexibility for remote work.
