Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our AI Mobility Flow Optimization solution – the crown jewel of NoTraffic’s platform. In this role, you will define the long-term vision for your product, ensure its successful execution, and align it with the company’s overall product direction. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Traffic Flow Optimization within the organization, shaping how our solution evolves to meet industry needs and deliver measurable impact in traffic management.

Key Tasks:

Execution

• Operate as a self-starter: write clear requirements, manage delivery, and define/analyze data with a strong focus on product impact.
• Orchestrate cross-team efforts, providing a clear and coherent “game plan”, considering short and long terms.
• Own the product roadmap, spanning Edge Devices, Cloud, and Simulation Tools, ensuring alignment with the company’s product strategy and business goals.
  
  

• Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in Traffic Management, including traffic engineering principles, terminology, performance metrics, and alternative industry solutions. Act as a subject matter expert, bridging product development with customers' needs and industry standards.
• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the product.
  
  

• Operate independently with stakeholder trust, making effective, well-communicated decisions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and represent the product in internal and external forums.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Senior Product Manager leading significant products.
• Technical background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Domain knowledge: Familiarity with Traffic Engineering is an advantage.
• Technology exposure: Experience with AI and machine learning-based solutions is a plus.
• Multi-disciplinary products: Experience in cross-domain product development is an advantage.
