Description

As a Technical Project Manager at Exactius, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our product and engineering teams. You will coordinate release cycles, align cross-functional teams, and ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. Your role will focus on bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to complex initiatives by owning timelines, tracking risks, and facilitating smooth collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage end-to-end execution of technical projects and releases.
• Own project schedules, identifying, communicating, and managing dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release readiness reviews.
• Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring stakeholders have up-to-date visibility into progress.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional partners.
• Ensure project status, risks, and blockers are communicated clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish consistent reporting on delivery timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Optimize collaboration processes and tool usage to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Support the onboarding of new team members into project workflows and tools.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related role.
• Proven experience owning technical projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments, including creating reports or dashboards that track progress, highlight risks, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies (scrum/kanban) and project management best practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Technical literacy — understanding software development processes, system dependencies, and technical terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with advanced features of project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Notion).
• Background in software engineering, QA, or product management.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or digital marketing organizations.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com).
