Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled full stack developer to join our Platform Engineering team, focusing on building, and enhancing our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage as a platform. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining self-service capabilities that improve developer experience and streamline software delivery. Collaborate with teams to enhance developer productivity and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java (Spring boot 3)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.
• Experience with API development and integration
• Proven experience in Microservice- an advantage
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms - an advantage
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Github/Jenkins - an advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent
• Team Player
