Part of the team responsible for the supporting systems area: electricity, control, air conditioning and Data Center (DC) infrastructure area on the white floor. Planning, execution and operation of passive infrastructures (optics and copper) DCIM system management, optimization of DC inventory and more.

The section is responsible for all operational processes of the bank's computer sites: Rotem site located in the Emek Hefer Industrial Park and Tamar site located in the Herzliya Industrial Zone. The main work of the team is carried out with the Infrastructure Division on a defined SLA basis and according to service requests that are transferred to the team via a computerized system.

In the role:

- Planning and executing the layout of the passive infrastructure

- Installing IT equipment in server/communication cabinets including basic settings if required

- Accompanying and supporting faults

- Managing inventory

Working in shifts 6 days a week, Sunday-Friday

Morning / evening / night shifts / Friday morning + intermittent on-call outside of operating hours

Main The work is at the Emek Hefer site, morning/evening/night/Friday morning shift and sometimes Saturday evenings (about 4 hours).

In addition, sometimes work at the second site in the Herzliya area morning/evening shift and sometimes Saturday evenings (about 4 hours).

- Knowledge and experience of at least one year working with computer facility infrastructures, passive communication infrastructures, optics and copper, servers, storage, communication and other IT equipment.

- Experience in physical installations of IT equipment, basic knowledge of equipment settings.

- Planning and executing the layout of passive infrastructure cabling

- Installing IT equipment in server/communication cabinets including basic settings if required

- Updating the DCIM system according to service calls

- Assistance and support for faults

- Inventory management

- Knowledge and experience in PC support - an advantage"
