Controller

A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company, become part of an experienced and collaborative finance team, and take on a broad and impactful role reporting directly to the CFO. The position includes full responsibility for the accounting function of a global group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounting Department.
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial closings and reporting for a publicly traded company (stock exchange reporting).
• Prepare financial statements under IFRS.
• Prepare annual tax returns for Israeli entities and address global tax matters.
• Manage and mentor the bookkeeping team, providing ongoing professional support.
• Support day-to-day business operations and ensure compliance with budget.
• Ensure SOX compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and consultants.

Requirements:

• CPA, Big 4 background, with at least one role in industry.
• Proven experience in public company reporting in Israel.
• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities across departments.
• High proficiency in English.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
