Chief Financial Officer - Relocation to Europe

A fast-growing global SaaS company is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations during a critical phase of expansion.

Requirements:

• Must hold an EU passport
• Must have one of the following certifications: CPA, CFA, or ACCA
• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience / senior financial management role.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• High level of integrity, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a hands-on approach.
