Senior QA Engineer

• Lead and drive testing initiatives across multiple projects within the Robotix Mentor platform
• Collaborate closely with development teams to establish comprehensive testing strategies and quality standards
• Take technical ownership of complex testing scenarios for multidisciplinary products (hardware, software, algorithms)
• Design and oversee execution of advanced test plans covering software requirements and system integration
• Analyze testing results, identify patterns, and drive resolution of critical issues with development teams
• Spearhead post-release analysis and continuous improvement of testing processes
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience as a software QA technical leadership – A must.
• Demonstrated experience in leading testing projects and driving quality initiatives – A must.
• Advanced expertise in writing comprehensive test documentation (STD / STP / STR) – A must.
• Experienced with bug tracking systems (preferred JIRA) – A must.
• B.A. in Medical Engineering or equivalent or ISTQB Certified- A must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Proven track record of working effectively with development teams and technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. – A must.
