Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead an advanced electronics manufacturing plant. The role includes full responsibility for production, quality, supply chain, engineering, and maintenance, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of all plant teams to achieve production and delivery goals.
• Overall management of the site, including internal and external interfaces.
• End-to-end responsibility for production, quality, safety, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and operational excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement processes and implement Lean methodologies.
• Monitor production data, generate reports, and ensure KPI achievement.
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop employees and mid-level managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent professional background – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of management experience in complex manufacturing environments involving multiple technologies and products.
• Proven experience in leading large teams and mid-level managers.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-interface environment under pressure.
• High-level English proficiency.
