Product Manager

AutoDS is looking for a Product Manager to join us!

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with engineering, design and marketing teams to deliver successful products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for one of the companies’ streams, from ideation to execution.
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management framework to ensure sustained growth and success.
• Gather and analyze requirements, create UX/UI flows, wireframes, and user stories, define A/B tests, and manage backlog prioritization.
• Write clear and detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Track feature performance post-launch, analyze usage data and user behavior, and run experiments to optimize performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, BA, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery.
• Identify and drive key initiatives to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of product features.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
• Experience in conducting competitor analysis both from the product and marketing side.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and spoken English.
• A problem solver with a creative mindset, always seeking innovative solutions.
• Experience or understanding of dropshipping business models or other e-commerce models - big advantage.
