About the Role:

The Global TA Manager will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, partnering closely with senior leadership, and driving scalable, effective hiring strategies across multiple regions. The role requires a combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on building partnerships and delivering value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Define and implement global TA strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective hiring plans.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• Build strong pipelines for critical positions across technical and business domains.
• Provide insights on talent markets and hiring trends to inform decision-making.
• Continuously improve TA processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience leading and managing a TA team in a high-growth, global organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring strategic value to business leaders.
• Deep understanding of sourcing methods, market dynamics, and talent branding.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
