What You'll Do:

• Initiating and defining business requirements with stakeholders
• Data modeling and system analysis
• Writing functional and technical specification documents
• Developing ETL processes within the organizational data warehouse (DWH)
• Collaborating with interfaces and parallel teams

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) - must
• Experience in writing business, technical, and functional specification documents (S2T)
• Ability to work with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with the insurance industry – advantage
• Strong knowledge of SQL - must
• Experience with Cognos and Tableau – advantage
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Computer Science
