Technical Support Specialist

A leading healthcare organization in the Jerusalem area is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join its IT team.

Job Description:

The role involves providing both phone-based and in-person technical support for a wide range of IT issues across a large-scale organization with numerous end users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users via phone and on-site as needed
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
• Support users in a Windows environment, including PC, printers, and mobile devices
• Work with Active Directory for user and permission management
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Escalate complex issues as required
• Work in shifts, including 24/7 rotation

Requirements:

• Relevant education/certification in IT or technical support
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High service orientation, patience, and professionalism
