Development Team Lead

The Products & Engineering team is focused on building software and products at scale—from infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data to outstanding, customer-centric user experiences in B2B, B2C, and B2D products that impact billions of lives worldwide.

We’re looking for an AI-First Full Stack Team Lead to help us build the biggest weather platform in the world.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our end-to-end platform, where you’ll shape core user experiences used by leading global customers. You’ll have the opportunity to implement and lead products that leverage cutting-edge AI techniques, collaborate with strong technical and product peers, and gain full ownership of meaningful projects that influence both our technology and company strategy.

As a Full Stack Team Lead at Tomorrow.io, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality user experiences, ensuring fast, reliable, and polished features across the stack
• Lead a strong cross-functional team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Align engineering with product goals, translating vision into impactful releases delivered on time
• Integrate AI-first practices, using AI tools to streamline development, boost productivity, and enhance both developer and user experiences
• Establish AI as a core enabler—embedding it into internal workflows and user-facing capabilities to accelerate delivery and innovation

What You Bring:

• An AI-first mindset and strong product-thinking approach
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with orientation toward the frontend
• Significant hands-on experience in React or Node.js (experience in both is a plus, but not required)
• 3+ years working on complex, scalable production systems with high standards for performance, reliability, and scalability
• 2+ years of experience as a team lead or people manager
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field – an advantage
