Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Description

Dextrologix is looking for a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Lahore. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include overseeing digital marketing efforts, collaborating with the team, managing budgets, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The role requires close coordination with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Marketing Manager will also be responsible for running Marketing campaigns of our clietns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain linkedin and other social/professional media presence
• Identify and pursue new partnerships, and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct market research, explore and understand european and US market to identify growth opportunitiesto understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Prepare and deliver compelling business portfolios, sales pitch and proposals.
• Maintain and generate weekly/monthly reports on performance
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Experienced in cold emailing.
• Develop business plan.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing tools).
• Strong grasp of branding, positioning, and market segmentation.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Creativity and adaptability to dynamic market trends.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
